About Me
My name is Jason and My wife and I moved to Charleston from Spartanburg last year. I have been brewing since 1999 with a two year break. I am just now getting back into it. Started with extract and specialty grains then moved to all grain. We are in an apartment now and my AG equipment is back in Spartanburg so I am getting back to my roots with extract and specialty grains.
